Here’s a copy of the amended lawsuit filed by your Point Loma neighbors against the San Diego Unified School District in July, acknowledging the July 12, 2016 “cure and correct” hearing the School Board conducted to fix its May 24 action that violated the Brown Act.
The lawsuit seeks to enforce municipal zoning, traffic, parking, noise and light pollution restrictions and limit field-use almost exclusively to student use: No third-party field-rental business in our residential neighborhood.
